                     She is defensive and impulsibe .

Cristina Yang : ( fellow in cardio ) Cristina is competitive , ambitious , intellingent and always speaks her mind .

                     She is bossy , agressy , questionable bedside manner and tactless .

Derek Sheperd : ( attending in neuro) Derek is charming , sensitive , clever and excellent bedside manner .

                        He is stubborn , he has a habit of brooding .

Jackson Avery : (resident ) He is driven , hardworking and eager .

                         Jackson is stubborn and can be overly competitive .

Mark Sloan : ( attending in plastics ) He is charming and confident .

                    Mark is smug and smarmy.

Meredith Grey : ( attending ) she is intelligent , hardworking and has good medical instincts .

                       Meredith is outspoken and easily distracted .

Miranda Bailey :( attending )  She is straightforward , tough and quick-witted .

                        Miranda can be ovely dictator .

Owen Hunt : ( chief of surgery) He is intelligent , agressive and confident .

                  Owen can be hasty and rash .
